Hear from coaches on their Pathway Experience

"We honestly can't thank Pathway enough for the Colorado Springs tournament. That was the beginning of his whirlwind recruiting. He ended up turning down 15 colleges. Ian played on 3 teams and had tournaments all over and this was by far the best tournament with college coaches in attendance that wanted to engage with players."

Pathway Baseball was the first organization that hosted a tournament in which our players met college coaches. The coaches attended and watched many of our games. They worked with the players directly during the showcase day and visited with our coaches and parents about players.
I highly recommend attending these tournaments and will attend again in the future with my teams. In fact, some of our players received calls from coaches inquiring about their plans for playing in college. If you want your players to be seen in person, this is the best option for that to happen in my experience."

"Great people make great organizations and Pathway Baseball is a perfect example of that. The Pathway people are kind, approachable, and knowledgeable.
They work hard to provide the best venues, best umpires, and best experiences. They're commitment to the athletes is above and beyond."

"Our high school teams travel; we do a lot of showcases and I've been to just about every one out there. The first event we played at was Pathway Albuquerque, and it was the best experience I've had. You are doing it for the right reasons. I watched those college coaches run an all-day pro-style workout and never heard one coach complain.
Gino (Grasso) absolutely handles the details and understand that the little things matter. I couldn't have been more satisfied. I told him we are all in, wherever you guys go. Nice fields, lot of coaches there, games run properly, banners looked good, and college coaches on board with giving advice to the players. Anything that was needed, Gino was on top of it."

"Pathway is bar none the best event we've ever attended, and we've been to all of them. The way Gino goes about things and the whole group associated with Pathway … the communication about who will be there, what to expect. We've never been disappointed; it's under-promised and over-delivered. We've never left a Pathway event wanting more or questioning anything that was done. One of the things I love is we get an idea of the coaches who are going to be (scouting) there, and those coaches are there. And it's not like a rumor that they were there, or someone saw them in passing – we talked to them ourselves, and saw them at our games."

"I believe Pathway Baseball is doing things right. Not only do they put quality teams in front of us college coaches to watch, but they are giving the kids the best experience in a great baseball venue. With all the extra benefits the kids receive besides playing in games, it gives them the chance to really stand out in front of numerous college coaches. The University of the Southwest will definitely be back in the future and I expect it will be even better!"

"Gino (program director Gino Grasso) is organized, very transparent, and you know what you're going to get. We travel all our guys together, we fly and (get) hotels together, and you can imagine that if you have 90 guys on the road with 12 coaches, it needs to be well organized. Gino has made it simple; we know when we're playing, we know the fields well in advance, and that allows us to put together a solid plan for those 90 guys. In addition, he's done a great job on social media and how he presents the Pathway product. We've been going to tournaments for 10 years, and I can say this is a quality product. We go to some tournaments and we'll be on awful fields, or we don't get the schedule until four days before we get there, or they say they'll have 20 college coaches there and it's just one or two. We're pretty selective, we want the kids in the right environment, and Gino and Triple Crown have been very clear.
